"My journey with this work has been long and winding, teaching me the profound value of grounding and true self-connection in a world that's constantly pushing us to our limits. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—parent, real estate agent, goldfields driller, cray fisherman, kickboxer, and ironman, to name a few. But it wasn’t until my first encounter with Qi Gong and Dao that I discovered grounding in movement and sound, sparking my initial passion for this transformative work.

In 2010, a pivotal turning point led me to make significant lifestyle changes: I moved towns, spent a year in isolation, and within six months became plant-based, alcohol-free, and ceased gambling, ultimately shedding over 50 kilos in the process. This insitial transformation revealed to me the profound impact of this healing. It’s not only been a safe, effective way for me to grow but has also become my calling; to help others find that same inner peace and growth.

Through this work, I’ve come to understand that each instrument and practice carries its own energy—a relationship to be nurtured. My time spent in pilgrimage with the Yolngu people in Arnhem Land will never be forgotten. It deepened my connection to the yidaki (didgeridoo), helped me hone my gifts, and instilled deep gratitude for this ancient knowledge, which we are so fortunate to have access to. Not only are these journeys culturally important for those of us practicing this work, the yidakis blessed and created in ceremony are sold with proceeds returned to their communities to uplift and preserve this wisdom for generations to come.

My path hasn’t been without pain, but each initiation has drawn me closer to my true self. Many of us fear the challenges of growth, yet each experience serves to align us more closely with our purpose. Life is a journey of embracing potential, a call to say, ‘There’s so much more available to me in this lifetime. How can I prepare?’

Many of my clients are currently navigating trauma or significant life changes. I am trauma informed and regularly carry out my work at a local rehabilitation centre, so rest assured I can hold space for your pain. My hope is to empower them to build a foundation that grounds and sustains them, just as I do through my own rituals of movement, nourishment, and meditation. This foundation is the ground you walk on, the vessel you live in, and the life force that supports you. It invites you to remember who you are, where you came from, and what you will always be a part of. This grounding is essential because, like ‘match day’ in my kickboxing years, the big moments in life require us to be fully prepared and deeply connected to our source.

The work I do is like therapy in that it continually tunes one’s connection to self and to the great mother—whether you call it the universe, the divine, or simply love. Unlike conventional therapy, my focus is on helping you engage with life as your highest self, not merely addressing symptoms but empowering you to move forward.

If you feel called, let’s work together to build that foundation and get you ‘match ready’ for whatever life has in store."

Since experiencing that level of phenomenal personal transformation through sound, it was clear to me that this work was profound and I’ve found it to be one of the safest ways to heal myself and others in conjunction with a daily yoga practice, Ayurvedic food discipline and plant medicines.

My goal is to invite others into a space of deep healing that I’ve been cultivating mindfully since 2012. With so much uncertainty in the world right now, there’s nothing I see more important than protecting, healing and honing our personal energies so that, even in fear, we can show up for ourselves and the ones we love”

why sound healing?

Scientific research shows that even the simple act of humming can be therapeutic! When you're out of sync with a part of yourself or your environment, you’re in a state of dissonance. This dissonance can cause dis-ease and stress — and, over time, lead to chronic illness and other imbalances.

Humming, toning, chanting, and many other sound-healing modalities used as daily self-soothing practices can diminish stress, lower your heart rate, and help you sleep better. Particularly now, when so many are experiencing disturbed sleep patterns and anxiety about the intensifying crises in our world, sound healing is a 100% natural tonic that's been proven effective for inducing calm and balancing the nervous system.

These approaches are not new. For thousands of years, cultures from around the world have used vibrational medicine to treat illness, revitalise the body, and elevate the spirit. Every living being (in fact, everything in the universe!) is in a state of vibration. Meaning every part of you — from your organs, to your bones, tissues, electromagnetic field and even the fluid in your cells — has an optimal vibrational frequency.

Today, medical practitioners use sound healing to treat depression, panic attacks, sleep challenges, and more… Some physicians are even treating fibromyalgia, digestive issues, and other disorders with sound-healing therapies.
